Happy Tuesday!
My kids are spoiled.
They are becoming very opinionated about dinner choices.
Now, I know that doesn’t sound odd.
In fact, most kids are highly opinionated about food choices.
However, this is different, in a good way….
They are not demanding pizza, subs and chicken fingers – they are demanding all steak, fish, seafood and holding up their nose at chicken!
I get it.
In fact, I’m more excited about steak, fish, seafood as well.
However, chicken is more practical and economical than the other choices.
So instead of just drying the chicken out on the grill, I decided to make it juicier on the stovetop. My mother would be so proud!
This recipe leaves you wanting more with various spices, salt and pepper coated chicken. Add some cayenne pepper for a bit of a kick. Forget the pain of having to cut up chicken pieces, use a flour mixture and deep frying. That whole process takes way over 30 minutes. You can have this delicious Juice Stovetop Chicken with crispy coating in a cook time of 15 minutes!
